TESTIMONIALS

Anthem Group Tours is fantastic! Mark has taken care of our band trips for years and he's become a part of our band family. Our kids and chaperones look forward to seeing him each and every year and they rave about the trips he puts together for us. Mark has taken us to Washington D.C., Orlando, New York City, Branson, Dallas, and Seattle. Each trip is unique, customized to what we want and need, and are extremely well coordinated. Other bands who use Anthem all say the same thing and are also repeat customers. We highly recommend.

We love Anthem Group Tours! I have been on two band trips through Anthem and Mark Russell has been an incredible agent. It’s so nice as a teacher to have him on our trips and not have to worry about anything. His itineraries are wonderful, and he packs each day in with amazing activities. Mark is professional and friendly with all the students, parents, teachers, bus drivers, and the businesses we have visited. I highly recommend taking a trip with Anthem, you WILL NOT regret it!

You did it again, sir. Thank you! One of the best trips to date! The driver was amazing and your staff was awesome! Kids had a great time. THANK YOU!

I have travelled with bands and orchestras for nearly 40 years. Few of the folks coordinating our trips have been as thorough, organized and dedicated to a truly great experience as Mark Russell. As a former band member, Mark understands more than most what it is like for a director who is thinking about a performance and also the tuba player who forgot his mouthpiece, the sick kids, and the unfocused adult sponsor. He has been able to put together trips that met our musical goals as well as to give everyone a cultural experience that they will never forget.

I particularly loved the group picture in Times Square at midnight with nearly 200 people on our trip as well as the thousands who were just there!

My band and I had the pleasure of traveling with Mark to New Orleans in 2017. He planned the trip incredibly well and played an active role throughout the entire process. While on the trip I was never worried about a reservation not being set, there not being enough tickets, or unusual entry procedures, because Mark got to each location early and made sure our group was set to arrive without confusion or delay. Our trip was packed with a variety of experiences and was still very reasonably priced. I would trust Mark with any trip, anywhere, no matter the size or duration. The best part of taking a trip with.

Mark is the peace of mind I have with knowing that Mark would be able to handle any issues or delays we might encounter.

Mark Russell, President of Anthem Tours, will move heaven and earth to make your trip a success. In close, personal consultation, he created a terrific trip for a 100 piece Symphony Orchestra, made up of students from 3 separate high schools, a trip to Chicago, and Cleveland, that was meaningful and will be truly memorable for each of the students. Mark met each of the groups at the airport(s) and gave us the personal attention and problem solving that was so necessary to a trip of our magnitude. He managed to keep a smile and a friendly word and demeanor from airport gate to airport gate. Our group had to dodge a major Winter storm and our plans changed literally by the hour as we had to get out of Dodge to not lose the trip. His phone was on throughout. Recommended.
